Online Couselling
I offer 50 minute online sessions, using Zoom.
Counselling online is very effective. It allows you to have regular, ongoing support from the comfort of your own space, without the challenges of travel and/or parking, at a time that suits you.
I work from my private office space to protect your confidentiality and provide tips and information on how to effectively access therapy from your familiar setting.
